Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman has been an outstanding psychologist since 1993 and director for the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. She was widely credited for initiating the modern study of memory recall by eyewitnesses, and children as witnesses. Professor Goodman is a prolific writer and has been awarded several grants and has received several international and national awards. She has collaborated with numerous governments and organizations all over the world to conduct studies and policy issues pertaining to children who have been people who are victims of the law. She is consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) of the Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She holds memberships in many professional groups, such as the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. Professor Goodman also belongs to the Psychonomics Society, American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. Professor Goodman was the president of The American Psychological Association's 3 divisions: Division American Psychology Law Society, Division Developmental Psychology and Division Society for Children and Families Policy and Practice.
